Hello, I enjoyed listening to this very informative video. I’m just trialling the Genesis AI 24 and find them very clear and easy to understand speech while streaming. In normal conversation one to one listening and convo it’s also great. Listening to others conversation seems a bit grainy not so clear and easy to follow so I’m planning to try using some of the features provided to see if I can enhance a better experience. I also realise phone calls via my H.A is not very clear so again will try some features to try and get better results. I’m a previous Widex 440 wearer but it’s becoming problematic maybe through 6 years use and I know I’ll need a new H.A soon hence trying your Genesis. I like the many options available on the app so will see how I go. Is there a recommended process to actively make adjustments during an actual phone call to get a better clearer conversation? Thanks
I have had Starkey hearing aids for the last five years. Yesterday I got my new Genesis AL CIC hearing aids. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. These are as close to normal hearing as can be. In a loud restaurant yesterday, and the crowd option works fantastic. I felt like I was just with my group at the table. Still a battery user though.
I just received my Audibel Intrigue AI 24, mRICs three weeks ago. Quite impressed so far, but I really have nothing to compare them to. I love being able to control features from the app. I can set programs with unique equalizer settings which is great because I stream music a lot. I think the STEP feature is rather MEH because it is not accurate at all. I put my devices in when I wake up and after about 6 hours it shows I’ve walked 300 steps, yet my watch registers 1550 for three hours less. That’s not an important feature to me. What update I would love to see is being able to connect multiple devices at one time so I can switch back and forth easily. One update you discussed was always on Edge Mode +. As I get used to these, I’ll be better able to see if it helps. I like the EdgeMode+ feature and I do use it. Mine have Edge Mode +, so I’m not sure if the update is different. I enjoy your podcasts and learned a lot before I decided on purchasing these. So far, very happy.
Thank you for the comment! We recommend charging your hearing aids every night so they are fully charged for you the following day. #HearBetterLiveBetter
