The death toll caused by the remnant of Yagi is still rising by now. Record-breaking water level in the Red River, massive flash floods, landslides are still affecting Northern Vietnam by now. Only less than 10 died during the typhoon's initial landfall, but the fatalities caused by rainfall and flooding.... It's over 330, the highest in the Northern Vietnam region since 1971. Every river in our area, they were all Signal 3, the highest possible flood rating in Vietnam. We are still working for those who affected, and recovering the aftermath of the storm. I will track activities in the Western Pacific frequently to prepare for any future threats, to warn as many people as possible.

Why are the winds from the Southwest, while the clouds formations blow from the Northeast to the Southwest, I can never understand why they react differently in the Philippines versus how storms and clouds in the USA work where clouds and wind follow the same direction for the most part.
