Wow, Joe I think you're developing a true win/win/win/win/win scenario by including the influencers AND affiliate aspects to your business!!! This would appear to really spread the love around from what formerly would have been a 'cash grab' for the store only. I'm only at the very, very, very beginning of getting into POD/design, but can already see that this will be the business model of the new marketplace. Thanks again for everything you share!!!!

Hi Joe, quick question: the tier system you have set up for the influencers, are the payments to the influencers automatically deposited into their Paypal/bank account or do you have to manually do the transaction each time they reach a tier? I wasn't sure how that works or how that app works

I’m definitely interested in working with influencers. I have to find ones that a) aren’t already partnering with another company and b) have a big enough following to make an impact. I’ve had some limited success and want to do more.

How many designs did you send out to Influencer? And how did you choose which to send? Did you do a PPE to find the best or sent the ones you thought were good enough?

Hey Joe, since the discount code will obviously reduce the order AOV and you have to give 20% commission to the referrer, do you still have any profits left? How's the profit margin on that?

Remember you are in control of pricing A product that costs me $27 sells on the store for $67.49 With a 20% discount on it the customer pays $53.99 The influencer then gets $10.79 Leaving me with about $16 in profit In a previous episode of the series the plan right now is to have things priced a little lower to test and make sure people will buy it. End goal is to profit $20+ per sale after influencer commission. Remember though, this is just one method of marketing - I’ll be launching ads soon too. Nothing wrong with free traffic from an influencer and collecting $20 profit every time a sale is made right now 😊

Joe! this is a great strategy, love it helps not only bring traffic to the site, but also target audience that convert to customers... I have a few questions I hope you don't mind answering... How much profit do you receive per Print on Demand product if the influencer receive 20% commission, the customer receives a discount, and its a print on demand item? I believe you said your items were $20-$30.

@@RealJoeRobert Ohokay! Thanks for answering! I just launched a Shopify store last week and I wanted to do a combo of digital and POD products. But now I'm back to the drawing board to find more unique items that still fit into my niche and sub niches. I'm interested in doing the influencer strategy because my social page has 0 followers and I want to be a ghost owner/ faceless page and not link the online store to my personal brand. (at-least not right now) I'm going through your videos now seeing where I can make changes or add strategy in.

I have one quesstion when we are ordering from print on demand suppliers for our customers , they are charging us some % of Tax known as state tax and VAT , so the point is that do we have to adjust and absorb that % of tax in our pricing or do we have to charge our customer for that? As far as i researched , i found that we are not allowed to charge tax until we reach a threshould of revenue in a particular state in US ,so how to deal with that? and to get reseller certificate is also very complicated process...

VAT is applied when we order for a customer in UK which is about 20-23 % of product price but for some states in USA like california the print on demand supplier charges about 7- 11 % of price ..so should we charge to the customer that on shopify store separately or adjust it into our price?

When you're creating the signs, do you include holes for hanging the sign itself? Like incorporating hollow circles into the design specifically for nails? Or do you just create the sign and let the customer decide how they're gonna hang it themselves?

I assume you're talking about Instagram. I'd try to get the influencer to post in their feed about it too, rather than just a story. I just promoted a sale on my own Instagram this week, and I was able to reach a lot more of my followers with my feed posts about the sale, compared to my stories. Obviously, you can't link out directly from the feed posts, which is a downside, but you can still say "link in bio," "link in my story," or just type the URL if it's short.

No, you need to make sure they are using Reels. If their content is good, the clip will keep resurfacing to people for a long time.
