The products that ship from China. How long do US customers take to receive them? I usually filter out to US only companies due to fear of long shipping times
Hi Joe Robert, I'm 18 and eager to start my own store with $200 of my savings. However, I'm unsure where to begin, especially since I'm from Pakistan and lack design skills. Can you guide me on finding high-quality designs and starting my store?
I am looking to sell our POD products in physical stores, for customers like me who like to shop in person, how can we find such stores to buy and sell our products?
Hey Joe, I'd like a little help. So im a gaphic designer an helped run a couple of Shopify POD shops for couple local businesses. But had a great idea for my own POD store, got the name, logos, some designs ready etc, im struggling to know which to do.. im torn between Shopify to build my own brand which i know will take money which i dont have much of, or build a shop up on Etsy but then it wont be a brand. An really unsure what would be best.
My question Joe is first it would be a headache because if adidas tries to sue you then you would have to show proof you can sell..who wants to deal with extra also that would be great either way personalization
For anyone new to print-on-demand, C r a f t e d T h r e a d s is a game-changer. It's saved me so much time and effort when searching for new designs.
Pretty excited about this, I have a running and triathlon casual wear shopify site that this will be a big change - can actually do more (actual) running/race apparel. Thanks for the review on this!
Thank you for the review - I know t-shirts aren't really your thing, but would you advocate putting the same design from a "standard" t-shirt onto the premium Adidas t-shirt, or have unique designs...?
I don’t think it needs to be overthrow like that if it makes sense for your niche like I said in the video if you’re doing something with like sports or fitness is the perfect addition
Honestly i found it amazing. I wouldn't mind testing a new section on my site to try implement a sub niche of sport on my niche. I think having adidas logo can also incrise the value of my brand so, why not trying?
I launched a POD store on eBay and only had 1 sale. This was a year ago. This video was very inspiring and reminded me not to beat myself up over this. I'm definitely taking some notes.
Notice how you only benefit from printify if you have a membership. Printful is free. So basically breaking even, even with a membership and discount...
Question.. I just purchased a couple dead & abandoned trademarks to be able to create merch with those. So I know no one out there will be having these logos.. LOL I am torn between starting with Etsy or Shopify. This will also be a print on demand business. What do you recommend ? Thanks for your time.
When you say not saturated, are you referring to running own external store like Shopify too standout from competition? Because I read many comments that pet niche is too saturated on Etsy as well as other niche as well, like personalized stuff. Actually I joined your paid 5 days program before this. Your program is great and only maybe I m not smart enough to set everything.
@@Larasy35 exactly, or any other niches with personalized photos for example. With your own store the “low competition niche strategy” is sort of irrelevant
@@RealJoeRobert But Joe, sorry to ask , am I too late to start external store to run pod like above? When i watch this video, it seems like motivate me and giving me hope.
@@RealJoeRobert what i mean is everyone already started but I just join the race. I 'm always over thinking if this going to work this time because I did it before. Not sure if I pick the wrong niche/product.
Yeah.... but it kind of miss the whole concept of POD, where you design once and the work is being made elsewhere by others. these 'Custom Dogs products' ideas will force you to 1. sit on your computer all day, transforming bad quality images to shirts or socks. 2. communicate with EACH of your customers, who will probably have opinions, special requests and revisions 3. go through the effort of uploading and ordering each product yourself...... and all of that for what? a 10- 20 $ profit? sounds like a hell lot of hassle for a very low profit.
@@eyalster I think your comment comes from a place of not having experience with this and I’m not trying to be offensive with that statement. In the video, I said you could do this with lots of other things besides dogs or cats, even though that is a profitable option. The store I showed if you do the math is likely making around $50 and profit on the canvases They sell for 5 to 10 minutes of work order.
