This game was a blast to watch but I want to point out Beard misplayed massively. He forgot some really basic rules like the extra shots from rapid fire from his intercessors, or that victrix are core and get rerolls from Calgar since he's right next to them and quite a few others.

He did fire the right number from what I saw, not all the guys can fire over eachother in boarding actions so it's just less shooting

@@Tibruk64nah he had 3 models at least that could see the beserkers and only shot 4 bolt rifle shots. He forgot the grenade launcher is an assault weapon now so the intercessor still gets to shoot its bolt rifle. It could be argued a 4th intercessor could have shot too but that's fine if they decided it's only 3. He did a lot of mistakes on top of those, like fighting on death with the bladeguard. The strat only applies to characters. But I get it, they just moved to a new studio so they got their minds busy.

Much improved on the T60 from the first new studio video guys, well done! Sounds like you have some taller ceilings to contend with and a bigger room in general. Can still hear a tiny bit of the room, but it is so much better, I would call it absolutely fine, but I get the impression Laurence is a perfectionist :)

I am indeed and I’ve treated the room further since this video was filmed, mainly treating the ceiling as it is about a foot taller than our old place. Acoustic panels for the win!

It's great to see you back! Though I really feel like the World Eaters have a massive advantage in Boarding Actions, as they are so melee focused and there's basically no way of shooting them. Also: Those Bolt Rifles felt really useless. Would other Bolt weapons have fared better?

I feel like standard intercessors are pretty useless in this game format. If you want a shooty unit, it has to be able to kill it's target in that one shooting phase it'll get before it ends up in combat (then gets slaughtered). Think.. eradicators?

You sure it's not an extra Blood tithe point when one of your own unit is killed, rather than the only way you get blood tithe points? Goonhammer said it was the latter way, as without it you'll never really get to spend any. The rule in the Angron book doesn't say that it replaces the other rule either.

@@simonetumminello5194 It is standard Kallax. It's a bit harder to find this glass insert part, not as popular as standard shelves/boxes. You add some closet light and you have solid mini cabinet. Quite some hassle with assembly tho. 😁

Hi mate! Thanks for the feedback - I’ve actually added some ambient ‘practical lights’ since this was filmed just to add some extra definition to the background. The minis still appear mainly in silhouette but will be interesting to hear you feedback with the new upcoming look. Should come through in the next couple of reports or so.
