@@miztatone918 It's not obvious. In Florida they can suspend you on the spot. Yes you then have to go to court, but if you speed enough, they can and will take your license then and there. I'm guessing that he was quite a bit over. A bit more, and he might have ended up being someone's boyfriend at the local jail for the night.

I used to always speed, and on road trips i always had to hit 100 at least once. A friend had a zo6 vette and i asked him if he got a lot of tickets, he said he always drives the speed limit he just gets to the speed limit really fast, i adopted that mentality, save high speed for track.

The magazines found that not brake torquing the Raptor R on launch and instead using auto hold (in features, driver assistance) is the fastest way to launch it. Car and Driver got the Raptor R down to a 12.0s 1/4 mile using that method

I'm 45, been speeding my entire life, when appropriate. I've never had an at fault accident. Pulling people over for speeding alone is absolutely stupid. Just because some people are dumb doesn't mean we all are. EDIT: to be clear, speeding in traffic is a qualifying event to get pulled over, I'm saying that just speed should never been the pulling over reason if the person is otherwise being safe and not endangering others. That's how I've lived my life on the road, and I've never once come close to having an accident as a result of it. I've ridden bikes that way, fast cars, etc.

it's nearly the same.....supercharged 6.2 with a 10 speed.....same thing as the tahoe....yes the Tahoe is lower, but that Ford probably cost 75k more.....I'd take the Taho 7 days a week and never think twice

already forgot the tahoe has a 10 speed. that transmission is the biggest help in that truck. such quick shifts keeping it high in the power band. no dead spots like 3 and 4 speeds have. perfect build.

At OBR Control systems we can tune anything! We have a Predator (GT 500) engine on the dyno right now making 98hp more than the factory with no mods only tune.
