That was a great battle. Would love to see a BMW M2 Competition vs A90 GR Supra OR BMW Z4 vs A90 Supra in the future hopefully. Hopefully Assist tunes the new Z4 since they specialise in BMW
@@markdafunky1 Not really it just has a little more power with more weight. Some say its more firm up front but I think thats because it comes with the carbon fiber strut brace from the m3/4 which can be fitted onto the regular m2
I wonder what a stock M2 time attack would be. If it would be faster stock from factory or tuned the way it was i this video. Car throttle map seemed jumpy as well, but could have been due to a bumpy ride. You can’t just buy a suspension and put it on and imagine you are 4 seconds quicker. Have to adjust ride height / rebound / compression/ tire pressure, make sure the weight is distributed perfectly just like from factory to all 4 corners, I forgot to mention if you changed anti roll bars, bushings , brakes, tires, toe / camber. I had a KW suspension on my E46 M3 and it took me years to fine tune it and understand it. I messed with it daily. But once you understand as have components which work together in Harmony, it is absolutely wonderful and priceless, because you took something and made it better and that’s a great feeling. 🍺🍺👍👌
I mean, they're all car guys too. Anything with horsepower on 4 wheels is bound to catch their attention. Color me surprised on the papadakis shoutout too.
They will mention true car guys. But you will never see them mention garbage like TJ Hunt, DDE, Vehicle Virgins, Stradman, Evan Shanks, Shmee150, Salomondrin and all the other clickbait car youtubers out there who can't drive like these guys.
First time to see mr. Keichi looking pissed and disappointed. Down side of having too many computers managing the car. It starts to think it knows better than the driver.
Over the many years of watching BMI, I have come to realize two things. The Japanese, car enthusiast are the best at driving cars to the extreme limit. Secondly they only respect three automakers from outside of Japanese top automaker's. And that is Porsche and BMW. Ferrari too a certain degree, but not as much Porsche and BMW.
Mainly because of the „expensive car“ image. In most part of Asia those cars are 2-3 times more expensive than in Europe, so no matter how bad or good they are they get praised a lot there.
