Faro Lady summary: • Automatically go invisible when within 20m of the hunter. • while invisible, you use a resource meter, once it runs out, you become visible again, the resource meter recharges when not within 20m of the hunter. • You leave behind a trail while invisible, walking on previously placed trails will not make additional trails. • Your item lets you create a fake trail in a direct line for 3 seconds. • whenever she touches a cipher under 10%, she sets it to 10% progress. • you can choose any cipher machine with progress to start draining it at 1,5% per second, gaining a 25-15% decoding buff (depending on the cipher’s distance) in return. • Rescues at half the speed.

@@Pinkcinnabon As soon as ur in range of the hunter you automatically become invisible. I believe doing anything other than running, walk, and crouching removes the invisibility. I did a translation and it said "doing any major actions will end the invisiblity". It isn't bad but i can see the issues with it.
She would be really great in late game decoding (1 cipher left) if the decoded cipher is camped and is far away from any survivor so she'll just have to decode another one in safe distance. I don't think the hunter can disrupt the connection like they can do with prisoner's ability it seems.
Points: She's slow at rescuing so she should never carry tide. She can steal progress it seems and see cipher progress. She seems to do better on flywheel.
@SLRServais1 Here u r: 1/ He will be invisible for 30 seconds when a teammate is placed on the rocket chair. 2/ When using the watch, the hunter's screen will be black for a while, there will be 3 clones of the first officer going in 3 directions, the clone will stop when it reaches the object or wall
So, she leaves a trail like Magician but has a Ability that has huge Mindgame Potential (the Trail she can leave while going to the opposite direction) She starts her Cipher at 10% (I think?) and can steal other Cipher's Progress to buff her own decoding speed And she basically should never try to rescue
Martha is probably the faro lady that Evelyn is looking for. It makes a lot of sense considering her birthday letter outright said "Martha" was a fake identity. I bet coord is gonna have a lot of fans after this because it completely changes her character from slightly naive young recruit to this mastermind chameleon
She is worse than Magician because Magician leaves behind an illusion and you can use them to block some ways and create distance, also Magician's decoy gives him extra speed boost, Faro Lady don't have any speed boost from her abillity.

So her abilities is the stealth mode that shows her trail and the ability to steal progress from other ciphers, but at the cost of rescuing INSANELY slow. She is a mix between Magician (stealth mode and rescue debuff), Grave Keeper (the trail that confuses the hunter about which direction she is moving towards) and a reverse Prisoner (cipher progress stealing). Overall she is not too bad, but lore-wise, I am a bit puzzled as her abilities don't synergize at all and, above all else, are not really tied to her gambler story. It feels like devs threw skills ideas on several papers and chose 3 random ones to patch together in a survivor. She is not a decoder, yet not a rescuer, so my guess is she is primarily use to be a kiter with no supporting skills (in that case, Cheerleader is better I'd say, or even Female Dancer with her boxes). What really affects her is that awful rescuing speed, even with 80-year old reflexes, any hunter can TS her
Her abilities mainly rely on forcing the hunter to gamble with the actions she makes. She’s either going under the decoder category with kiting being a side category, or she’ll be put under the assist category. She’ll probably be the second best decoding character since she gets buffs whenever she steals progress from other unfinished ciphers based on how far the cipher is from the one she’s working on. It’ll definitely get nerfed in the future, but a 25% decoding buff if she steals progress from a close cipher is insanely good. Also, her ability would be closer to First Officer than Magician. She gets unlimited amount of times she goes invisible (but the recharge has to be outside the terror radius), but she only gets a limited amount of fake trails(I’m assuming 3 with each one lasting 3 seconds with a cooldown of 20-40 seconds.) It’s a decent character that will get debuffed. You don’t have to like her, but you’ll definitely see a lot of her once she’s released.
And a longer cooldown (40 seconds) also without speed boost from her decoy (magician have speed boost when he is using decoy), and she don't leave an illusion which is very useful for magician to mindgames or create distance. Ya Faro Lady is "better magician" yhymmm.....
@@JokerMewing I don't cry, I'm just telling the truth lol Also I know a lot of Magician mains, who knows how to play him well, and he is a true nightmare ☠️ Also he is meta character at Blackjack, a lot of poeple play him there, and in Chinese server he is kinda more popular than NA/EU (similar situation with Aeroplanist, he is so rare in NA/EU but he is kinda popular character at Chinese)
She is not good decoder, she can steal from pop cipher machine (99%) only 16,5% decoding to her own machine and it's only when connected ciphers are close, if they're far apart the progress will be ONLY 9,9%... Ya... OP...

@@pajonkmapper2481for endgame if there’s a primed cipher that’s bring camped, Faro Lady can go start decoding a new cipher and steal that ciphers progress. The hunter can go stop Faro Lady from decoding and give the survivors a chance to decode the cipher or camp and let her decode and waste time.
It’s sound bad but trust these mind game kitting is very hard to down, she will last 3 ciphers kite at least if she used wisely, + hunters HATES these kind of abilities cuz its waisting their time and buying time for teammates, i can definitely see her in the next coa
@@effynoodle6181 her role is decoder as well and all the decoders have a meh kitting ability like mind eyes with her small kite buff (when she switch from run to walk she got a small boost for some seconds), also luca as well, he only have 1 second shock and thats it, they can't make decoders a good kitters too because its not their roles, hope that helps too!🩷.
@@Kaveh00ssy but her decoding ability isnt even that good to begin with stealing other ciphers progress is very specific and useful only in certain cases + her kiting ability is really horrendous how it does nothing it says "invisible" but you're even more exposed than any other survivor with that big trail and all the notifications whenever you get out of chase and her only way to get a bit of mind game with the cane is so bad, the hunters can see whenever u use it so overall she's just really bad
Soooo she is a survivor who can confuse the hunter better than First Officer, with the debuff of Magician and the parasitic version of Prisoner's ability.
Her gameplay feels like gambling taking a ciphers progress like taking a card her gameplay is a 50/50 for a hunter indeed her gameplay is really a gambler

NOT THE SLOW RESCUE… she is a difficult character with the conflict combinations though. Her skill is likely a kiter but her rescue ability is not suitable. Hunter might just skip her but she steals decode percentage?? So vaguely
Bruh I will not rescue against hunters as her especially wuwu and Joseph’s FAST RECOVERY 😭😭😭😭😭 and god opera and naiads fast attack animations, AND JOKERS DASH and BANES HOOK 😭😭😭 Issa guarantee double hit before she rescues OR if she getting terrorshocked +MOREPAIN if you get hit on your way to rescue as her😭😭

@@AnVu-ic1zenot that useful, cause from pop cipher machine she can buff her decoding speed for 25% for 66 seconds, almost the same boost like composer full combo or laywer full decoding buff, but composer and laywer have a constant buff, she have this buff only when some cipher was decoded by another survivor... So it doesn't look that strong as you guys think
