Team work essential to moving large aquariums. Me personally i had to remove a 6ft long 100 gallon tank out my truck by myself and go thru my bldg basement down a ramp on to the elevator. Then maneuver it in an angle into my Apt to its prep area. All the help that was supposed to assist me had lies left and right. Excellent help or friends that are reliable are a godsend. Happy reefing😎

I dont think you realize just how much your videos helps me. I've tried and failed for 3 months to find someone to move my new 400 gallon tank from garage to living room. So this weekend I hired a bunch of muscle and doing it myself. Your videos helped me realize I need to build a fullsize cart with 8" caster wheels, strap the tank on the cart. Tank will be on its front as I also have a external overflow box and 2 front steps which are pretty close to the front door. Once by the tank I figured 9 guys could lift the tank on the 39" stand, but now having doubts! 2 hydraulic carts may be needed but not easy to come by last minute

I just finished moving my tank to a new house. Those are some impressive tanks for sure. Having a tank set up and cycled before live animals come in is key to success, I think.

Pro tip: Use 90° clamps to hold alignment of the foam on the stand. Will require lifting the tank over the clamps, but saves you having to pick up and set down the tank while making the adjustments.

Hi Than, Your videos are inspiring me to start a huge show tank myself. I like this stand a lot but want to use T-Slots still. What material is the Sump Containment made out of? What companies make them?

Than, First off, I'd like to say thank you for the great content on your channel. Started back in the saltwater hobby after a nearly 30 year hiatus and your channel has been very helpful. With regard to the tank mfg, you mentioned "Ocean Life Aquariums". Are they a mfg or a dealer as the only web infor I could find was an "Ocean Life Aquariums" in Houston TX and they don't appear to mfg tanks. You mentioned the tanks were coming from Orlando. Since I only live about 4 hours away, this would be ideal. Thanks

Ocean Life Aquarium in the Orlando, FL area made it. They work through LFS in the area though, and I don't think they have a website or social media presence. If you ask around the larger LFS's one of them will probably know.

It makes me realise how poor hobby grade fish tanks/cabinets are,i would of thought by now 80/20 style cabinets would come as standard with bolt on panels....especially given that the channels in the rails can be utilised to mount any number of things onto....Happy reefing Than.
