Today we're trying a NEW COLOR CORRECTOR! ‪@tartecosmetics‬ recently released a new creaseless color corrector, creaseless creamy concealer, & blurring under eye powder & we're trying them all today. I dont use color corrector (but maybe I should) but these are the videos I like the most form your channel. You can tell you are passionate about the topic and the amount of details you give. I really like watch you talk about it.

I ordered that powder about a month ago and I haven't put it down since I got it. I did purchase the concealer and corrector but haven't had a chance to use them. Love these videos.

The discontinued Georgio Armani were my favorite correctors. One peach, one pink. You could blend them easily. Small brush applicator which gave precise application. Speaking from years of experience as I'm old enough to be your mom. 😉

Me too!! Loved the Armani correctors. Lately, I have been using the Bobbi Brown corrector sticks and the Pixi Corrector in Brightening Peach. I love both of these, what are u using now?

@@lulu233345 Well I had a terrible fall about 2 months ago that landed me in the ER. The result was 2 black eyes so nothing would have helped in the beginning, but I decided to just use up everything I had opened. I had decent results with the Charlotte Tilbury corrector compact in medium and the Neutrogena corrector in Peach which was pretty good for drugstore. I purchased the Huda Beauty and Natasha Denona based on Blair's recommendation during the Sephora sale, but haven't opened them yet.

The formula is so thin on these new correctors! Quite unique. Great tips, Blair. How was the wear? I think a brush tip helps to not apply too much product.

Yes it is! The wear was great! My under eyes still looked smooth & blurred at the end of the day when I took my makeup off. I’m going to keep testing them, but I’m really impressed so far!

On my monitor, it looks as though the concealer picked up the pinky-peach corrector. I'm currently using the pink corrector from Huda. I like how thin the Tarte one is and will have to try it!

I worked for a makeup company and you always want to color correct for what the problem is, like you were saying..the darker your under eye is, the darker the color you want to use no matter what your skin tone is. If you have light discoloration you can use a lighter color! And using color theory.. Purple tones under the eye you go across to the color wheel and you want to use yellow. Green= use a red/pink tone.

I’m actually started to feel like pink doesn’t cover up my darkness bc I have a lot of purple which needs more yellow n orange. I am wanting to try a yellow corrector after hearing a MUA say it works really well for hollows

I’ve tried more yellow tones & didn’t love it on my under eyes, but it definitely depends on your skin tone & what colors your discoloration is.

I’m curious about this one bc before finding Natasha denona concealer tarte creaseless was all that worked for me but it was a learning curve of very thin layers w very little product! Iv heard it’s not as thick as the original -also I always like a pink undertone and anyone needing a cool undertone who is light-medium to medium is not going to have a shade! The only cool undertone one is 20b until the tan shades 🤦‍♀️

This is my exact problem, too! That color worked perfect for me in the winter, then I tried to find the next level darker with the same undertones and it is wayyyyy too dark. There is no next step down.

I use sigma duo corrector in light and wondering how they compare I will say the sigma is more of a cream and I’m looking for something more emollient for my mature eyes

I love the Sigma corrector! It’s a great option for a cream if you’re looking for something emollient. This one gives a similar amount of coverage & hydration, just in a liquid formula.
