Temari (Boruto) is a very interesting character in Storm Connections. She has interesting combo routes and her damage is alright as well. Her jutsus are the best part about this character. They do a lot of guard damage and whenever they hit you have a lot of opportunities to perform certain resets on your opponents. In the right hands she can definitely be a deadly unit!

Temari her two jutsus are both projectiles and can best be used at medium or long range. Her first jutsu makes her throw out a wind scythe that decently tracks your opponent. On hit it can almost immediately annihilate your opponents guard and mixed in together with another long range assist there is almost no escaping it. The thing that also makes this move better is the fact that you can throw it out after finishing your combo or if you want bait a guard break from close range, since there is no way to block it. Using it as a natural combo extension is the best you can do with it in my opinion, since you can also dash after your opponent on hit.
Her second jutsu is a little tricky. During this jutsu she sends a whirlwind towards your opponent, but it is way easier to dodge this one since it goes in a straight line. Best usage of this jutsu is after a combo and also to throw of your opponent. The only thing that both of these jutsus are lacking is armor. This makes it more balanced than the rest of the jutsus in this game. The redeeming factor of these two jutsus is the fact that they can counter a lot of the annoying play that you come across in Connections like Ashura his wind wall, Rasengan, Chidori, you name it. Definitely a character you should atleast try once as a point or support character.
