New Teruhime Grill and Butchering Eel (first attempt) 

This is my first time using the Teruhime Grill (yakitori shichirin grill) and Binchotan charcoal. The charcoal is Bincho Grill brand.
Butchering eel requires a very sharp knife and lots of practice
