32:30 - I passed my class 2 in July and started working for a waste disposal company around 2 months ago, I had some electric gates close on me and break an indicator off and on a separate incident, I cracked one of the front panels where the side camera is whilst reversing into a tight spot. Both times I've told my boss what happened and both times I've had a reply of "ok mate thanks for letting me know" it's really not that hard.

Daniel, I am glad I have stumbled upon your channel a few months ago when you released the video about the container remodel into your office. I was wanting to start my own business and once I saw your way of thinking and how you work and function I immediately knew I hav an inspiration that I can rely on. Whatever you do helps me form my own plans of what I want to accomplish as a freelancer (and soon-ish hopefully business owner). I started a handyman service that grew within 3 weeks into small remodelling service for apartments and family houses. I have seen almost all of your videos and I have to thank you for being such an inspiration because thanks to your vibe I decided to finally start a month and a half ago and I currently have one almost-full time worker and jobs until the end of this year. Could you please talk at least shortly about how you started growing from one person to a few people team? I mean the steps you had to take and hardships of just making it work so you have enough work for people to do but at the same time being able to finance all that? With the bagging plant I'd put the hopper on the right then the conveyer behind the end of the tracks then the bagger on the left then the shovel and fork lift can work independently

Daniel, with your Hi-Viz you have space to improve it's dexterity. The Hi-Viz reflective strips you have on your clothing would be better 'slanted', easier to wear. The main change which is more ' on the pace' is if you left a gap between the strips at the seam!!! Ask your supplier, they may well agree as it is proving very popular with the workforce. Let me know if you try it.

great content dan but you had me shouting at the laptop when i saw the damage to the light on the tipper, we all know mishaps happen but when your driver says he doesn't know how that happened really grates with me, the light units are not cheap let alone the down time, i think i would have the transport team check the cctv from the on board camera, at least you would know what happened.

Hi Daniel and the team I enjoy watching your videos. I have an idea for a video, from next April 2022 the government are changing the rules for red diesel called Reform of Red Diesel and rebated fuels entitlement. All construction machines will have to run on white diesel from next April to comply with reducing emissions. I myself own a quarry up in the Midlands and we do recycling, crushing and screening of topsoil. I feel I will have to put up prices and pass it onto the customers to pay for the increase in price of putting white diesel into my machines. Keep up the good work.
