The high cost of living in California is much more concerning than major earthquakes that happen every 30 years. The chance of dying in a California earthquake is about the same of being struck by lightning during your lifetime.
a friend of mine was in northridge when it happened,, he decided to go up to big bear and guess what another 6.0 happens when he was in big bear. yeah he now live in new mexico.....lol
Funny how they DONT?? mention the Wasatch Fault as being a big one if it goes off full tilt 10.0 or more it could rip Idaho and Utah in half and not to mention Wyoming and the mega Volcano that could follow suit....
The wasatch fault runs twice as long as the San Andreas and it eventualy connects to the super crater volcano in wyoming so a 10.0 could happen but if it does its a planet killer.@@GALAXY_THE_SILLY_PAL
After studying the seismology for over a decade … i predict the next big quake on the US west coast will happen when the constant activity in the North Pacific/South Pacific and West Pacific subsides. All that activity is decreasing the pressure in the Eastern Pacific - specifically, California/Oregon … when the western Pacific activity decreases … be prepared California !!!
