Your videos are terrific! One of the aspects of your presentations/reviews that is most helpful is your comparisons of the sizes of known bags to new ones. Another great feature is that you endeavor to display the small hard-to-reach parts so that the viewer can actually see what is in the bag, where sometimes the catalog pictures are just not as clear. Finally, your insights and impressions of the bag features are very helpful, such as when you suggest that a person might simply remove a V-Swap panel to keep the space open for drills, etc. I also like that you insert tools and let the viewer know their sizes so we can better appreciate how the tools might actually fit in the bag. I have a number of Veto bags and they are great! It is really nice to view your videos where so much can be learned by so many with your skilled style and discussion. Best wishes!
Hello, I’m in france, I got the TP6B since Friday. I test it Saturday and yesterday. you can put your M12 drill or impact in each side of the bag with a Small batterie ;) Without the swap piece in front you can put lot of stuff (screws, valve, plumbing or electrician stuff…) It’s the perfect “GoToBag » for small job ;) It’s lighter than my OT-LC, tp-Xxl, or wrencher Large for small job
Great rundown of this bag - especially showing some "what fits and what hits" on the tools we use. Appreciate the side-by-side comparisons too! Glad to see this is closer to the TP4B and 5B rather than the size of the XL. I love my TP4B, but will probably get the 6B and try it out when the OD Green EDC backpack becomes available!
The thing that makes Veto worth it is the warranty and durability. Obviously like anything you have to treat your tools with love and respect. The zipper on my XXL-F snaped after 4.5 years of use. I had a discussion with Veto about repairing it, we both agreed to just replace the faulty bag with a cheaper model, Veto sent me a near new Tech OT-LC instead of repairing my Old XXL-F. Great company to deal with. Well worth the investment.
@MillisConstruction-- It seems almost everyone in the comment stream has been randomly selected for a prize. You can understand why I might be suspicious.
I have purchased the TP 3(sold) the TP 4 which I only use for home repairs, the MB 2(gave away) and the Tech-MCT which I only use for projects at work. Veto has gotten wayyyyy to expensive to even consider at this point. Bought a 10 inch Husky open tote for $36 a few weeks ago and it holds every tool I need during a normal 8 hr day at work which includes HVAC work orders.
Thanks for the comparison, really useful. I am thinking that as the TP6B has a hanging hook it might be pretty good hung off the side of my packout setup with a few extra tools for easy access.
I'm doing the EXACT same thing Andrew...LOVE my LC but fully loaded out it's north of 45, maybe 50 lbs., just too much and not maneuverable enough...gonna tag team my new XD and 6B...my wife's already chomping at the bit for my 5B...can't wait for my new bags...
This is really helpful! I’m about to order my first veto bag during the promotion to get the TP6B. I do general maintenance/handyman work. Having a tough time deciding whether to get the TECH-MCT Blackout or the OT-LC. Any recommendations since you have both?
I like your idea of making the TP6B bag a drill bag. I would put my Milwaukee installation drill and the chuck attachments in there with a ton of other commonly used bits and drivers. Veto just has to send it to me. I've been waiting for (4) weeks! 😢
You somewhat defiled that new TP6B by placing your beat up Surge in it, I also love my M12 Surge but have the rubber (boot) cover on it. Just got my TP6 promo and think it is a great troubleshooting bag.
I love all the veto vids you have they really help choosing. Quick question. I think Im settled on the tp6b but I'm tempted by the larger capacity of the xl, lc, and xxl . As a home user the open top of the tp6b seems more useful, I cant think of many instances where I want the bag covered with a flap. Do any of the flap bags have a way of stowing or strapping the flap back so its out of the way most of the time when open? I watched through all of the vids and didnt see any great way of doing this.
Great detailed comparison! This is really helpful. I am looking at purchasing the TP XD over the TP XL just to get the TP6B on the promotion. Do you know the dimensions on the Hang up Hook in the TP series? I do plant maintenance and being able to hook my bag on hand rail would be very useful
I own 2 veto bags and they're great, but is it just me or does it annoy anybody else that more of their products still go for veto prices but are being made in China?
One question since you have "all the bags". I am going to downsize from my Tech LC and I was wondering if you would choose the Tp-LC or TP-XL. Just looking for an opinion from someone who has used both.
. i got a tec ot lc about 2 weeks ago and they say there sending me one of the tp6bi like this company . and it was your vids that sold me on the ot lc . nobody else has any vetos where i have bin working. all other bags look cheep conpared to the vetos
