I don't do returns anymore. Customer don't understand the process . They don't have the bar code. Returns don't pay anything. There is no tip on the orders...😂
I only take those orders if they are convenient for me. Like it's on my way back to the store I'm going to. But I would say 99% of the time, I decline those instantly.
I did a return and the customer did not come to the door. Selected can't pick up and selected whatever the option was for customer not answering. Paid 2.50 for showing up. Got in the car and it sent me the same order. Repeated this 6 times....paid me 2.50 for each one. called support to make sure i didn't get in trouble they said if it sent it's mine. so i got paid 2.50 x 6 for just the miles to the house.
DoorDash sent me an email to reset my acceptance rate and participate in dasher rewards in Milwaukee. I was at 1% acceptance rate! Now I turned off shop and pay and I’m back at 💯 %
I only do returns if I happen to be right there where the customer is located. Walmart is block away from where I like to sit anyway and I usually don't have an issue. Once in a while the customer is not there but that's why I only choose the ones where they are around the corner from when I take the offer.
I seen a weird thing on uber the other day that I promptly declined. The pickup location on the offer said "individual donation" and listed an apartment complex name. Like, is that just someone trying to have you bring something from their home to their friends home or something lol?
Returns are the worst. Always issues. App is still messed up. Says trips canceled each time so after 2 shop orders I shut off spark. They show up and I got paid but it’s still a mess
Returns aren’t worth it to me. I’ve only accepted maybe 4 or 5 in roughly 2 years and only successfully returned one. The customer doesn’t leave the item where we can get it and then they don’t answer the door or the call or text. But no you don’t have to go inside the store. Call OGP or grab one of the people if they happen to be outside and they will take care of it for you
Seriously Pedro. Do you think there is even ONE (minimum wage) walmart employee who cares AT ALL, how long gig-app workers sit out in the parking lot waiting? Spoiler Alert: There aren't any. The answer is zero.
Always expect the worse Pedro cmon!! Yes you’re gonna wait in a long ass line next time, w angry.. big lady arguing about some shit! Dont have high expectations for these companies u know this
