Yes you can I advise you to make one general shop for different designs and niches, and make other couple shops each one specific in a niche like the fitness niche that you've mentionned

This guy is a complete ROOKIE! Don't listen to a word he says - he has no idea what he's talking about. And keyword Planner is NOT free, You still have to open up Google Adwords acct.
