I love to cook grilled cheese in the oven! 450 degrees on a sheet pan. Flip at 5-7 mins (depending on your preferred toastiness) and bake another 3-5 minutes. Ta-da! Everyone’s sandwich is done at once!
@@dmacgamer1954 I do this too! How I make them is I put foil on my pan and butter my bread and assemble my cheese EXACTLY how I would if I was cooking them in a pan. Then bake like the original person who posted said. I've been doing this for years and its EXACTLY like making them on a stove top. Hope this helps 😀
Okay but you throwing the hamburgers in the oven was GENIUS! I seriously never thought of doing that and it would be so much faster than making the burgers individually on the stove!

That's quite alright. I'm a grandmother of 6 beautiful little people but they all live away. (2 only an hour) I love to watch the kiddos interact with their mom's on these videos. So, even though my boys are older than Kelly...these younger generations make me feel connected to our children. I just know it helps me with missing them.
The breakfast dish with the pizza dough eggs & sausage would be great with jalopeno & onions. I dont have children & we love spicy foods. Great ideas!!

I make my grilled cheese by buttering the slices of bread and sticking them in the skillet. When one side is done I add the cheese and other fillings to it and add the other slice on top and flip it over. Of course one side grills a lot faster than the other. Have to try the pepperoni additioñ now!
Interesting that you used pancake batter but then when I was thinking through it more that is genius because it has all the things you would add to a fry batter anyways but you don’t have to mix all the ingredients separately! I’m impressed with that tip!!! Thanks! With the pizza dough I think I would have just used a rolling pin to stretch it out faster
I love your videos so much.. you're so down to earth and I like that your southern too lol I'm from Tennessee and we don't always make the healthiest foods sometimes u just need something fried and it's so refreshing to see someone like that.. I loved the grilled cheese I need to see if my daughter would like them. We do hot ham and cheese sandwiches just like that... I loved all the recipes though! Can't wait to see the next video!
I make stuffed breads at Christmas time. I found that Frozen Rhodes rolls or any Frozen yeast roll can be rolled out and filled with whatever you want. He turned them over like hand pies or small turnovers and bake them in the oven according to directions. I do a pizza one I do a roast beef with good cheddar and caramelized onions I do a ham and mushroom with Swiss cheese sauce and the sky is the limit! The only end is as far as your imagination can take you!
The second recipe i call it a breakfast bake....i buy those hasbrowns with the onions an stuff and a thing of jimmy dead crumbles and i just throw them into a baking dish and scramble up some eggs and some taco seasoning and bake it's soooo good
Some nights fried food is a must!!! It’s like a comfort/craving. lol. Which isn’t a bad thing once in awhile. And I’ve yet to see potatoes in the air fryer!!! I want to try that now.

If you still have pizza crust you could make a breakfast pizza. I stretch it out and bake it 5 minutes. I then put sausage gravy as the sauce. I scramble eggs until they are very softly cooked and add on top the gravy. I crumble bacon if I have any. Sometimes I add prebaked tater tots. I top everything with cheese and bake until the crust is completely cooked. I make sausage gravy but have even used canned or frozen sausage and gravy when I needed it to go fast. I have also cracked raw eggs and they baked on the pizza if you prefer your eggs with a runny yolk. I make Super Simple Cinnamon Rolls. I use frozen dinner rolls. I take the rolls and coat them with melted butter, then roll them in cinnamon sugar. In a 9x13 pan only place 12 rolls. Cover with a towel and allow to rise several hours or overnight. In the morning bake them at 350 for 10 to 13 minutes. Either make icing or use a half a can of cream cheese or white icing. When I was working I would make 36 rolls and bake them before going in and take freshly baked cinnamon rolls for everything for about $6-$7 . So a cheap treat that they all loved.

just heads up. if you mix the butter, cinnamon and sugar together before you spread it on the dough it goes on evenly and easily. we do this just for toast as well. so much easier.

You can make that breakfast stromboli bigger by adding the filling lengthways and snipping each side in equal strips then crossing them over the filling diagonally. Brush with butter, 375 for 15-20 minutes!

I just love your videos Kelly & you’re such a sweet family 🥰 The grilled cheese with pepperoni reminds me of a childhood snack of my husband’s that we have made over the years & our kiddos love too & wanted to share it with you (you may have already tried it yourself lol) it’s called bambino’s 😊 You spread pizza sauce on Ritz crackers, then a pepperoni & top with shredded cheese (or just use sauce & cheese if you don’t like pepperoni) & pop them in the oven on a cookie sheet long enough to let the cheese melt. They’re a fun snack especially while watching t.v. or a sports game 😊👌 We especially like to put them out with our finger snacks for football games in the fall 🍂🏈😋👌 And thanks for the grilled cheese idea! Definitely trying that! 😀👌

We used to get that pizza dough stuff from the store and make sweet pizzas with it we put nutella or chocolate on it or what ever you wanted and make a desert that way but love cinnamon roll thing

We have always made our own icing with powdered sugar and milk when we make donuts. Can't believe I haven't thought of cream cheese. We've added vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa powder, etc. I feel like I should snack my forehead and say "should've had a V8"
If you really really want to be naughty. Get some thick cut bacon and batter and fry it! It is delicious and I do it a few times a year. I make white gravy to dip it in. Everybody got to have a giant cheat! :-) you can also batter Burgers which are popular in the UK.
Try a little Ketchup instead of adding cheese to the egg dish or at least I’m going to try that. Do you have any idea how few egg recipes don’t have cheese?? Near impossible for us dairy sensitive. PS. Going to try green beans as that sounds good too.

I've made pizza grilled cheese several times.. bella doesn't like it. But she isn't much of a meat person... it disappoints me lol. And mhmm have a lot of crescent rolls wonder how cinnamon rolls would taste with them.
