Some of the exercises are above the head. So depending on your level of injury and disability they might be difficult. So just change the certain exercise for one of your choices

Make sure you have water near you. It's a tough one. It consists of 4 exercises. 4 sets each exercise. 15 reps each set. 45 seconds rest in between each set. Then move onto the next exercise. You can use a dumbbell, medicine ball or an alternative or just yourself.

1. Up & downs
2. Figure of Eights
3. Wood chops. Start high to low. 15reps each side makes 1 set
4. Russian twists
