My dude, those wheels and tires for the test fit was perfect for me! I love seeing the meats of the tires poke out the fenders slightly. Them rubber bands was a good enough stretch imo. But your car show roots are definitely showing brother. Don't do that wide rim in the front bro. Get some wheels closer to the original offset. I had an 05 300C & did a similar set up. It looked killer but the ride sucked, car stayed dirty from mud being kicked up and I was coming down on the inside fender trim when going over speed bumps. Your's is lowered and you're talking about rolling the fenders so maybe it'll be better but I had to warn you.
