PLEASE NOTE: I am still learning how to curl heat-friendly wigs and am finding that using a straightener like this to curl does take practice. This video is NOT a tutorial on how to curl a heat friendly wig but rather a review of this product. I do find it easier to use than regular curling irons on Heat Friendly Wigs, but to get the curls too look consistent will take more practice. It worked great for a messy deconstructed curly look but will have to practice more to get more evenly formed curls. ‪@tressallurewig‬

○ Front of Hairline to nape of neck (over top of head)= 12.75" (average is 14.25")
○ Ear to ear over top of head= 13" (average is 13.5)
○ Temple to temple around back of head= 14.25

I have to thank you so much for this video. I was in tears this week. Going on vacation and I am new to having a wig. The wig was just not looking like I wanted. I curled it how you showed to do it and I am now so happy!!!. My hair is very thin and I didn't want to put hair powder while being on a ship. I also watched your how to travel with a wig that's how I found you!!! God bless you for sharing and teaching. ❤😊

I have have been using a product just like this from L'ange for about 18mos. It is the best thing I've ever used on my hair and on my halo. I love that you can set the temp as I use very low heat on my hair and my halo. This TressAllure looks like it is basically the same product, so I think you will love it. Peace and joy... Diana

Hi Denise, I know this video is about the TressAllure Cool Flow Dual Styler. BUT…Flawless Waves on you is EVERYTHING!!! It was made for you!! I kinda liked the straight pieces tousled with the loose waves. It accentuates the whimsical look. The Cool Flow Styler is awesome too. So fast!! Definitely a game changer. I wonder if similar tools will be introduced in the future.

Hi Denise, I love this wig! ❤It is totally my taste! I don’t even mind the lack of curl/bend at the top, but am really enjoying watching how a bit more can be added with this new iron. This is a copy of the Lange, which I've had since it came out. It is a great tool. I reach for it more than any other styling tool I have. Just wanted to say I love the wig you have on. My natural hair grows exactly like it. My curls don't start until ear length. It's so aggravating!

This is a perfect tool to use I have the Helena I think it is airbrush and it's very difficult to keep the shorter hairs wrapped around the air brush in order to get the curl to set but with like this flat iron style they grab so you don't have to hold them in the place I like that so much what a great tool thank you so much for sharing I still want your flawless waves L o l....🥰⚘❤

@Denise Sheets , I am really interested in this, but I JUST ordered my very first wig 2 days ago. Actually I ordered 2 of them. I am wondering if you are still using this and are you still as enthusiastic about it as you are in this video? I am Canadian and I can order this, on sale at Chiquel Canada today for 25% off. The thing is, I have already ordered the Hot Tools Hot Air Brush (1.5 inch) and a 3 inch Sutra one from Ipsy. I also ordered a hair straightener from Amazon. Now, my question to you is this.... Would I be better served to send back the Hot Tools brush and the straightener and buy this as my main tool? I cannot send back items to Ipsy, but the Sutra Hot Air brush is super nice and I got an amazing deal on it, so I am not mad. I'm sure it will come in handy. BTW, I just want to sincerely thank you so very much, from the bottom of my heart, for all you do to make these videos for us. I have gone from "I'll just throw a wig on my head and call it good" to, everyday, learning and becoming more and more informed about wig culture. A month ago, when I finally decided to take the plunge, address my hair loss head on and really say to myself (& my husband) that I really do not care what others are going to say about my wearing a wig. I've spent the better part of 5 years hiding in my house, not participating in life because I was always so embarrassed at my continuously thinning hair. I chose to withdraw from society, rather then have other people see me. I'm 53 now and I deserve to have a normal life!!! I've been watching your videos for the past 2-3 weeks and your positive attitude in your wig journey has given me the courage I have so badly needed to make this change. So, thank you for that and thank you for all you do to educate others, myself included, about everything wigs!!! I am excited to get my first wigs!!

Love it Denise! The only reason I haven't bought HF fibres is because if curling when needed but now 💃 btw have you seen Tazs review on Amber Rock by BT? Talk about curls but a more realistic length than Twix I feel. Also another reviewer not Taz said this year BT are coming out with 23 new styles and new colours! Have you heard that? Sounds surprising to me anyway thanks for this review it was so helpful to actually see how easily it curls 💖

Hi Denise, Love your videos!. Just starting my wig journey due to receding,thinning and shedding hair loss. I have purchased three wigs but not worn them out yet. Do you know which brands would have medium cap size that fit larger.? My circumference is 23". I still have hair. I see so many styles I like but not available in large!

You can make more consistent curls by lowering the temperature and holding it a little longer. Gently pull the iron down kind of like you would do with human hair. The cooling air sets the curl pretty well then I don't touch it until it has fully cooled.

Hi, Debbie! Do you mean frizzed out? If so then no, not yet... I am still trying to master a perfect curl... I seem to do well with the tiny messy curls like on this wig (which was what I wanted for this one), but consistent barrel curls are harder for me with a flat iron... it is easier with the rounded ends for sure, but it is still a flat iron and those are harder for me for some reason.... will be doing a follow up at some point.

I've been looking for a similar tool for my biohair. With my wigs, it's a win-win. I loved your McKenzie wig. Did you curl it? When I went online, it's was straight, not the lovely curl in your wig.

On using a hot air brush. I have three of the hot tools, air brushes and cannot use them as I saw you do it in the videos. It wraps the hair around it won’t let go. Basically you have to rip the hair off the brush. Could you do a review on different air brushes as to how they are used correctly on wigs.

Let me think about this a bit.... one key tip is that you shouldn't wrap the hair around the brush... you just run the brush through while slowly turning it, but never turning it so much that the hair wraps around it.

Hi! I would not use this on regular synthetic. I'm not sure the lowest temp but I doubt it is low enough for synthetics.

WHO IS IT FOR? Anyone who wants to add curls, straighten or sculpt synthetic or human hair wigs or extensions in just seconds.I have seen it advertised as a product you can use on synthetic wig(non HD fibers) on a very low setting and using heat protectant). Have you by any chance played around w/older synthetic wigs to determine how it can work? I’d love to know before I buy. Not a fan of the air brush, always gets tangled.
