This is a video showing you how I curl my heat friendly synthetic wig and a product review of the TressTech Cool Flow Dual Styler by TressAllure. This curling iron and flat iron can be used for heat friendly synthetic wigs and human hair. I purchased the TressTech Cool Flow Dual Styler with my own funds. You can purchase it on Amazon.
In this video, I'm curling a trimmed Mesmerized by Raquel Welch in Iced Mocha and wearing Candace by Henry Margu in 8/27/26GR.

I'm sorry to hear that! Have you seen the L'ange Le Duo 360° Airflow Styler? I have heard that it's a very similar tool. (I have not tried it myself.) It comes in 2 sizes. You can purchase it on Amazon or directly from their website - www.langehair.com. Hope this helps!💖

Also, do you think the temperature is low enough for a plain synthetic wig to freshen up a beach wave ? I am talking about the lowest setting - UK possibly about 140C as I don't know what that would be in US terms

@@macc3239 No, the only heat I recommend using on plain synthetic fibers (not heat friendly) is steam or the Hot Tools Professional plastic hot air brush (on dry fibers), because the fibers can melt.

Definitely! I do all the time. Any kind of curling iron or flat iron can be used on Belle Tress heat-friendly synthetic wigs. You want to use no more than their maximum heat recommendation (they recommend a maximum of 350℉). You need to use either water or a heat-protectant (formulated for HF synthetic fibers) on the fibers before applying heat. Hope this helps!💖

Hi, no you can't use this tool on traditional synthetic fibers, only on heat friendly synthetic fibers or human hair. You can use steam or a plastic hot air brush (on dry fibers) to style traditional synthetic fibers. Be sure to keep the steamer or hot air brush moving and don’t stay in any one spot for too long. Hope this helps!💖

How long do the curls last?

Hi! Although I have not personally tested the curls by wearing them for a prolonged period of time, my understanding is that the curls will last until heat is applied again. Of course, just daily wear and occasional washing will relax the curls a little bit. Hope this helps!💖

Most wig manufacturers recommend either using water or a heat protectant, like Jon Renau's Heat Treat Thermal Spray, when styling heat friendly synthetic wigs with heat tools. I recommend looking at your wig manufacturer's website to find out what their recommendations are for styling their heat friendly synthetic fibers. You need to know what the maximum heat recommendation is and whether using water or a heat protectant is recommended. Good luck!💖
