I think he was the one the officer testified that saw Goodson pointing and waving the gun. Apparently he has been called by the prosecution so he may challenge the testimony that Goodson pointed and waved his gun.

Goodson was pointing his gun at other people too, huh? Can’t say I’m surprised. He seen a white guy who he didn’t know was a cop and was probably listening to some music that had him feeling a certain way and he pointed a gun at him. That’s my take.

Yup, subway sandwich’s in his car just came from the dentist, licensed to carry. Yeah he just felt like point a gun at people coming from the dentist.
