When Tenants put personal touches on stuff do they have to put it bk how it was before leaving.And I'm not sure if you have to get permission also.Maybe she plan to stay where she is for a long time so she want to change up the look of the place

@@toniellis1921 exactly...she's young so she'll learn. I had to learn the hard way. I painted the rooms in a house that I was renting with the owner's permission of course, and a week after doing so he told me he needed the property bcz a relative of his was moving back to 🇯🇲 and needed a place to live. Found out later, that was a lie, he wanted more for the property and felt guilty asking us to pay more. Dont get me wrong, you can add your personal touch to a space to make it more comfortable and homely but painting cupboards, changing tiles and other major work is unwise. I'm a homeowner now and looking back now I shake my head at my former self. Love her still.

Great video- I got many useful tips- loved the cupboard makeover too. The backsplash is on trend and enhances the aesthetics of the black cupboards. The thing the pot goes on is called a trivet and the wooden bowl that you can crush spices in is called a pestle and mortar. Looking forward to the next video 😍

I love the black and bamboo. Back slash is nice with the all black theme it gives it a pop I would have change the sink too to all black Matt deep sink not two sink but one deep one, girl I changed mine big difference but the overall kitchen have a vibe! Air fryer is good it fits and it’s small!!

Hi I hope it’s not rude to ask this question but I’m open to being educated on this. When redecorating an apartment how does that work out with the land lord? Like do you consult them on your plans before ? And when they grant permission does it reduce the rent based on the fact that you spend your hard working money to improve the space? Or it’s okay as long as you put back them place how you got it?

Love the kitchen update, I would recommend rechargeable batteries. I have those same lights under my cupboards and I use rechargeable batteries , you can get the batteries and the charger from amazon also.

Looks good for people saying there’s to much stuff in the counter there’s a whole heel of cupboards below and above to store things as time goes on. It really depends if your actually in the kitchen cooking all the time you’ll want everything accessible in reach. It would be nice if you donated your stuff you don’t want (because it’s no longer in theme or a ascetically pleasing to your eyes) to someone whose starting out or a family in need.
