Wasn't even televised on TV 1 this year. Very disappointed on this. The fireworks are getting worse every year, people must laugh watching us do this every year we need better fireworks then this. We are one of the first countries in the world to have New Years. Should be having fireworks at the beehive in Wellington.

This chick will now have a hard time hatching without advanced embryonic care. A small mob of seven introduced Bennett's Wallaby became startled and ran into traffic on the outskirts of Auckland. Not only were they mangled efficiently, but the operator of the vehicle broke his glasses. A tuatara, reportedly became alarmed and stubbed his snout when he ran headfirst into the side of a local business, according to Bob Wallace of the six o'clock new. This outdated method of celebration is quickly becoming a menace to many local species. I blame the Chinese for inventing gunpowder. Thank you.
