Exactly, all I could do is shake my head when that case was over, and then she wants to justify it by saying the conception date my child was born 40 weeks after whatever dates it was. Like that’s going to make it any better if this young man is not the biological father it’s probably the other one that unfortunately passed away, or somebody else. If he’s willing to take care of the baby let him or just do it by yourself. She heard this young man is not the biological father I don’t know what to say anymore.

I agree. In the last story the mother kept saying she loved her daughter, but I don't see the love. Even if her daughter was a habitual lier, you don't have to say that in public. And if her daughter wasn't a good mother, you don't say it in public. She could say that the father is a good father. She could say I don't believe my daughter but the test results will reveal the truth. And when your daughter says "I told you" you don't stifle her in public or in private.

At first I thought she was crying so continually because the baby daddy was being abusive (being falsely accused constantly and gaslit is a really destructive form of abuse)...but then that so-called mother got on the stand, and it all became crystal clear what was really wrong. It was all about controlling the baby to her. She attempted to cut the father out of the child's life at the birth, and when that failed she attempted to cut her own daughter out of the baby's life. I'm going to wager a guess that her own daughter's father was not allowed in the picture either. I have no doubt she will continue to sow seeds of doubt, manipulation and destruction until she succeeds , so yes, they need to get far away from her.

Totally agree. The father will never get that moment back - the "grandma" is wicked for doing that. Even if there were doubts, while there's a chance he is the father and he wants to be there (& he's no threat to the mother and baby), he should be given that opportunity. I work in a hospital and I'm disappointed that security fell for her scheming and allowed her to block his access. It's manipulation of a vulnerable patient - "grandma" should have been the one kicked out, and would have been on my watch...

The grandmother is not worthy to be trusted. She has been lying and bad mouthing her own daughter. I just hope she doesn't try other scheming method to separate her daughter's beautiful little family.

This is sad. But it's true. When I got pregnant, my mother's word's were "be prepared to be the only one holding the bags". After 6 years in the first relationship & 10 years in the next; I was left holding the bag. Parenting became optional for them when they weren't in the same household anymore.

I agree with you on the third case. I had a feeling the mother is the one behind the drama rumors. The young mother shouldn't have lied and that's a bad in itself, but at the same time, her mother is a toxic woman that has no reserve for throwing her own daughter under the bus. I get the feeling that the daughter suffers from self esteem issues because of mom (and dad if he has any part). At least that baby girl is his! The young woman's mother literally tried to separate the baby from its father at birth, then from its mother, in this case. I think her sociopathy is waving pretty proudly. If I were that young man and young woman, I'd move away in the middle of the night, 1000 miles away from that psycho, and leave no forwarding address.

She literally tried to separate and control the baby by barring the father from it's birth, then when that failed, tried to separate the baby from its mother. It takes a daughter of a narcissistic abuser to recognize the cries of another daughter of narcissistic abuser, and I saw why that young woman cried the entire time on that stand. She was completely overwhelmed and broken. That young woman and young man need to go no contact and move far away from that lady.

The point is...If a man has doubt he shouldn't sign. It is Grown Folks responsibility to do what's necessary to prevent this from happening. It's called free will. There are consequences to EVERY decision you make. His family advised him NOT to sign and he let his emotions vs logic prompt him to sign. He could've not signed and got a DNA test done. The law will not change to benefit grown adults who should be operating responsibly. Most make emotional decisions vs logically ones. Anytime you sign your name on any document, you are arguing. He mad his bed he gotta lay in it.... It sucks...but ppl need to get in the habit of not signing when they have doubts. Nobody is forcing them to sign. So, the law has nothing to do with it...Grown ppl need to do better. A birth certificate is a legal document that establish paternity. He couldn't requested a DNA before signing. I will have a DNA test done early because I will be dam if doubts creep up in a man. I'm a woman and I prefer to get a test. No drama! That's my responsibility to prevent chaos. A man can flip out months later and create doubt. Not on my watch!
