I love how mommy & daddy are on the same page with taking kids on adventures. I laughed when you said you decided for daddy that he was going on a fitness journey. Honestly, I think all wives make that decision for their hubbies. 😂. My husband truly doesn’t care what he eats. He just eats whatever I give him. Lol. You all got some great new things! What a fun outing to the dog cafe. We have a 10 year old miniature daschund doggy. He is currently sleeping on my lap under a blanket while I watch a little you tube. 12:55 That honestly has to be the healthiest Pug I've seen. Nearly every Pug I've seen here has been overweight which adds on to their breathing issues. If your boys want a dog you can always get a Dachshund like the black and tan one that was sleeping in the container at 13:15 . I have 2 and I can tell you they are couch potatoes, they do need training and taken on regular walks.

It is very sad about the people who have died and have been hurt, also the liss of housing etc after the earthquake. I do love the plates with the birds on from Kamakura though! Very pretty. Wow, you have all.done some exciting and memorable things these holidays. The boys have snowboarded, been to an amazing pagoda castle, and the aquarium to name just a few. ❤❤

I made some achievments, i want to fullfill this year. Normal "new year resolutions" don't work vor me. So I chose for all important topics in my life (work, mental health, physical health, finance,..) one or two things I want to achieve :) So glad to see you safe!

Ah, this might not be the best idea for them right now. In Japan, there are a lot of regulations you have to follow in owning any pet. Firstly, the cost and where they live may not allow them to have any pets. Also, in Japan, you MUST get approval from your neighbors before getting a pet. You have to be able to tell them the breed, size, and type of pet beforehand, and if even ONE of them disapproves, then you can not have one. You don't want to upset or burden your neighbors. There is also that Linna and her family take a lot of outings and trips! Who will care for the dog during this time? It's a lot of planning and a financial burden to board each time.

Wow. That's very strict having to have your neighbours approval to own a dog!! I would absolutely not like that. It takes away your human rights 😮 I have a dog and take her with me if I go away or my dad looks after her if I can't take her with me..

I understand not wanting the extra work of taking care of a pet. However, it is said that frequent contact with pet hair in childhood helps with allergies. Maybe you should take the family to the dog cafe more often! :)

One of the things I love most about Japanese supermarkets is that they usually carry a good selection of good quality ready made foods. Here the selection is very small and the taste is soso. I never really make resolutions for the year ahead. due to health circumstances I never know how things will go. I gave set a goal I want to work and, but not with a fixed deadline: I want to make bread. It's my goal that I make all the bread for my daughter's lunches :) I've made bread 2 times this week, so for now it goes well. This way I can also make breads that are not available in store here.

Happy New Year Linna! I missed your videos! hope this year is amazing for you and your family. i love the dog cafe! When I was 11 years old my parents gave me my first dog for Christmas, his name was Oddie, he died after spending almost 12 years with me, and today I can say that growing up with a pet is one of the best things that exist, dogs give you They teach a lot about loving and caring for someone, don't be afraid of one day giving your children a pet, believe me it is an experience that when they grow up they will remember for their entire life. My life without Oddie would not have been the same and I am grateful to my parents for that ❤️

I am in Kanagawa, the Pacific Ocean side, so it’s far from the earthquake. But we were on our vacation in Nagana that time which was really close. Gratefully we are all safe . Thank you so much 🥰🥰🥰

Wishing you and your family a Happy, healthy and fortuitous 2024. This was a beautiful vlog. I felt so sad about the earthquake and recently saw a news report about the coastal town. An elderly couple living in their car rather than the rescue centre. Most of the residents are elderly as the youn people have moved away and they fear their town will never be rebuilt or recover. 😊I haven’t watched for a while as I became a mum again on Xmas day to a daughter. So I thought i would start watching again. I have just been so busy. lol. Earthquake is so sad, but I know we will come out of this just fine. It was the stabbing at railway station in electric town that got me why stab 4 random men. Sunshine is our go to aquarium as is sumida at sky tree. We have memberships to those.

Hello! The aquarium looked like so much fun! I am a little hesitant of water so aquariums make me a little scared, but I can't deny their beauty. Do you have a favorite sea animal? I love octopus, they're very smart and gentle. Did you know, that octopus are so smart, that they can solve small puzzles? I am glad you all had a fun time at the aquarium! My New Year's resolutions are to eat healthier, be more confident, and do well in school. I also want to improve my art, and grow my Pokemon collection. The puppy cafe was so cute! Kimchi rice goes well with any kinds of cheese. Korean often use cheese at some spicy korean foods.😊 I think you know it already, when I make kimchi stew, I do stir-fried kimchi with. Also Kimchi stew goes well with pork and tuna in can, too. Kimchi rice gratin goes very well with fried kimchi rice too. Just fried kimchi rice with sunny side up is best meal for korean. When you make fried kimchi you can add some sugar depending on ripenness. I always enjoy your calm and peaceful life. Than you~

Children should grow up with a pet. Since you live in an apartment, it would be best to get a small dog. Both my husband and I wanted a dog growing up. Neither of us had one. As soon as we got married, we got a dog. Our daughter grew up with a dog. Wonderful memories of them together playing. The dog was very protective of her. But, you know what is best for your family.
