Take water, boil it, add elachi, cinnamon, ginger, ajwain, big elachi, dalchini and let it boil, then add tea leaves and sugar in it and give it one boil and then add milk and den give two boils in it.... And Desi chaa is ready...

1/4 cup of water 1 tea bag 1 spoon sugar pinch of daar chini powder,1 green elachi,add 1 cup of milk .bring to boil for 4 to 5 times mazeedar desi chai is ready .

And yes you tried for a perfect tea but it turned out too thick , so let me tell you how we Sialkoti make chai, add one cup milk and 2 oz water add one tea spoon tea and sugar 1 and a half tea spoon,and a pich of salt ,a pinch is enough to enhance its tast too much will destroy the taste 😀 then let it brew on low to medium flame, when tea gets golden color its done dont let it too much cooked that it becomes less in quantity it must be 1 cup of tea , plz try it and let me know do you like Sialkot ki chai😀?I also want a vlog on tea making. Definitely you and amma will love this tea.
