Happy New Year, Gorgeous 🎉...to you all. Wonderful to see you are setting goals also...I'm focusing on my health and well-being this year.. And remembering to stop and take some time for myself 🙏🏻 as mums, we wear so many hats... and we tend to forget about ourselves... So that's me for 2024... Hi Jess. Happy new year. I'm 66 and love your vlogs. I started at the gym about 6 months ago and I decided to up my workouts a bit more. I have been going 3 times a week but I've upted it to a class today, 1 on Wednesday and 2 on Thursday. I will probably up it to 5 per week. I have bad osteoporosis and am too young to get the six monthly needle through Medicare and I know exercise builds muscle so that's what I'm doing to protect my bones. My husband calls me muscles now 😂. Have a wonderful year and I hope all of your dreams come true 😘🩷❤️ xx

@JessandTribe thank you Jess. I have little muscles because before I started, I was skin and bone. It's very hard for me to put on weight, hence I have to build muscles 💪 xx

Happy New Year Jess and family, Chris and I had a great New Year's Eve too, we didn't see the New Year in but sang karaoke with the party speaker and lights until it was time to watch the 9pm fireworks which were great! I'm not going to let anyone rain on my parade this year or any year from now on and I'm going to stay as positive as I can and also keep singing as much as I can too! Thanks for your awesome advice! Happy New Year Jess! Sadly, Im the same with the sensitive teeth issue. I’ve been using Sensodyne Pronamel tooth paste and it’s great!! I get the one with gentle whitening and it also doesn’t taste bad like some other brands 💗
