New York Bagels at Utopia Bagel's in Whitestone, NY

The French Toast is a fun and delicious one with either butter or cream cheese. It has enough flavor to just nosh on by itself. The Pina Colada bagel combined with the ingredients in The Hawaiian is just right. you COULD get it on a roll or hero, but then you wouldn't get the whole Pineapple Coconut thing you get from the bagel. Danette has gotten her smoked salmon and cream cheese on a roll for years because she tends to stay away from the bagel except on the very rare occasion, and she always finds it a pleasure. Utopia Bagels really has stepped up the local bagel game, including so many other quality baked goods. Visiting them is like checking out a bakery. Glad we can bring you back to the good ole NY memory fort. Thanks so much for commenting.

Nick G thanks a ton for the comment. The Hawaiian was even tastier than it looked. It had just the right amount of Chipotle Mayo for me. This is one of the go to joints in Queens, and is almost constantly packed ESPECIALLY at lunch. Thanks, Anthony

100% Joan Fitz! The problem is deciding what to order. The menu is huge, the bagel selection is ridiculously big (including Instagram favorites like Rainbow Bagels) and the selection of pastries, pies, cakes and muffins is over the top. Thank you so much for watching and commenting!

The lox and cream cheese is Danette’s go to here. This has always been a great underrated shop, but in recent years it has been all over social media and became the go to shop for fancy high end brunch restaurants to get bagels from. They baked and bake and bake! Always fresh here. ❤️❤️❤️

You know you are right ! Danette says she misspoke. It was smoked salmon not the Lox. It was very good.

That was a slip of the tongue on my part. Those will happen now and then. I think we will head over to Whitestone right now for a bagel.
