I love how sharp the knives of professionals are, it makes everything so easy and less likely to hurt yourself, unlike me🤬😫Im like sawing a tomato with a shoe horn🤣
Great looking sandwiches, much like the ones we make here at home. On Sundays I make either a whole chicken, beef roast or pork loin roast for dinner, leftovers for Monday night dinner and then I thinly slice the rest for awesome sandwiches the rest of the week. Other than slightly different seasonings these are exactly as I make them and they're fantastic. Super cool a restaurant is taking the time to do it right.
For the nearly 50 years that I went there all of the roast beef were cooked on a rotisserie-- now it seems they cook their beef in an oven-- pretty massive change
