Magnificent meal guys! I can already smell the wafting aromatics of all the Lemon Grass ,fresh Ginger & Galango ,Garlic , Shrimp paste,Fish Sauce , combined with the Citrus skins and juice ,thickened with yummy Coconut milk,though judging by the amount of Chilly used i can tell that this Restaurant runs mostly for ethnic Thai minority living in this State because no local resident can EVER handle such Heat! Actually some might take it but mostly would pass!
@@Escapethemundane33 Galango or Galangal is very similar to Ginger , they come from the same family of roots! it is similar to Giger only has less sharp taste and smell ! Ginger is more potent , turmeric is a root as well , most people use Turmeric for adding more stronger color to food
