I’m a lifetime NY’er, and Casey shoots and captures NYC the way it feels to live and breathe here. The pace, the action, the attitudes, the colors, the sounds, even the smells. He’s able to capture those elements that make us all feel we are breathing the same air. His love for NYC is infectious. It’s Casey’s very own brand of virtual reality. We fall in love with UPS workers and random people on the street. What a city!
The way Casey feels about NYC is the way I feel about Amsterdam, and every video I watch just makes me appreciate it more. I cannot live without this place and the more I try to leave the more I realise I fucking love it. Some places just have that special something
@@airpodsmurf6175 Might want to look that up before you sound stupid. New York not on that list. The twenty cities in the United States with the highest murder rates (murders per 100,000 people) are: St. Louis, MO (69.4) Baltimore, MD (51.1) New Orleans, LA (40.6) Detroit, MI (39.7) Cleveland, OH (33.7) Las Vegas, NV (31.4) Kansas City, MO (31.2) Memphis, TN (27.1) Newark, NJ (25.6) Chicago, IL (24) Cincinnati, OH (23.8) Philadelphia, PA (20.2) Milwaukee, WI (20.0) Tulsa, OK (18.6) Pittsburgh, PA (18.4) Indianapolis, IN (17.7) Louisville, KY (17.5) Oakland, CA (17.1) Washington D.C. Casey is so closely the real-life equivalent of Spider-Man, in the sense that he is spotted nearly everywhere around New York City and is loved by the locals of all types.
I appreciate how Casey shows wholesome fan interactions cause it one shows that he’s open to them in the right situation but also shows how to go about it as a fan n how to not push boundaries
Casey, you are a precious gem to this world. Having you posting regularly and being apart of our lives again even tho it’s just through watching you on video is always a true blessing. Please stay Casey, we need you man
Dude, and you STILL blow my mind! I've been away for a while but so glad you are back in NYC doing what you do best! I left NY like 20 years ago for Tokyo and now Thailand but your vid's just bring me right back! Anyone who has lived in and survived NY knows how tough it can be but this video is the perfect example of how beautiful Chaos can be. Well done Casey!
Honestly, the quality of Casey's vlogs is just off the wall. So entertaining, such great story telling and camera work. Nobody else can match what he does as a complete package.
I broke down in crying laughter when Casey actually showed the guy who stared at the sun. "Hey random strangers. What's the weirdest thing... Oh you mean Hank? Yeah. I know him. I can go grab some B roll no problem." What teh hell.
Im so happy Casey is back in NYC he just is NYC. I love the way he captures the city and the feel! It honestly so warm and feel good vibe to watch these videos. 2015 is when i found his page and it makes me happier❤
Making stories out in the streets, having random people play their part, a quick police cameo.. and entertaining people from everywhere! Happy to have you back Casey!!
Nothing beats New York and a big part of it is the freedom to be 100% your own person and do your own thing... And be appreciated for it! California is the total opposite so I'm glad your back and pumped for your kids to grow up in a city that encourages being yourself unjudged!
I love that you capture and convey the magic of NYC. I always walk around and think about what could happen if the streets/sidewalk could talk, so many amazing stories and ppl from all walks of life, so much talent and craziness. There is also so much hope.
I am beyond ecstatic that you've come back to the city. You capture it so damn well! There is an energy in NYC that is just glorious. We missed you here on the East Coast.
Hey Casey ! Like the MTA jacket , worked for NYCT for over 30 years , finally retiring a few years ago . There is definitely lots I miss about living in the city . My favorite video of yours is when you were being pulled around in the snow through the streets on a snow board by a Jeep .
I actually teared up while watching this. Having you post RU-vid videos makes life feel pre-pandemic, pre-January 6, pre-every other shitstorm. They mean a lot to me, but I didn't know how much until you started making them again. Thanks.
After struggling to find words to describe how this new era of Casey has made me feel; THIS. Your comment is so accurate. Sending you all the best, Nicole! :)
Love Casey. Only visited NYC once and adored the place, the people, the vibe….truly a great place and Casey never fails to capture it perfectly. So glad he’s back 👍🏻🇬🇧
honestly nyc is such a beautiful place. it’s vibrant and full of energy and rlly sweet ppl and it’s just one of my favorite places in the world. great video it rlly captures it all
Casey I just wanna say I’ve been watching your channel since 2012 and you are hands down my favorite creator. My whole life I’ve lived in the south and I’ve always dreamed of moving to New York because of your videos. I’ve been perplexed by the city and it’s many fascinating parts. I hope I can one day see you on the streets of New York!
Not to sound sappy but thank you for coming back when you did. I hit rock bottom and was truly contemplating making a permanent decision to temporary problems and your videos helped me out of that mindset. Thank you.
Why I love this--now that Casey is back in NYC--is because he's gotten to the heart of why this city is the center of the human experience. No matter where you go, no matter what time of day, there are stories. There is creativity on levels that break new ground every minute of every day. While I live in NJ, I was born in NYC. Casey is showcasing to the world-at-large why NYC is the center of the fun/cultural/experiential universe. I am SO thankful that CN has chosen to come back here.
i cannot begin to describe how happy your vlogs make me. literally make my whole weeks better Casey, and its even better with your main character of NYC in the front of the lime light
Casey was one of the creators that got me into RU-vid in the first place and then things went sideways for a while with the California move and all. Now he's back and making great content once again. New York is the place to be.
The same for me… I discovered Casey more or less one month ago and it’s like to open a box full of dreams, in my case not really to “open a box” but to DETONATE a box full of dreams from years… The only problem is that now I need to sleep a little more 🤣🤩
You make me rethink my poor choice not to have moved to new York when I was young. You look so alive compared to anything you've done in California. The city fuels you and makes you be the real Casey! I'm so happy that you're back in NY and bring g smiles to us again. I don't know about the rest of you but I went through some serious Casey withdrawal and California vlogs were just not doing it for me! Thank you for moving back!
I regret it too. I even got into college there and didn’t go bc I got cold feet at the last second. I ended up going to a nice school and live comfortably at 32, but I think about that decision to not go at least once a week.
@@Ryan-kj5bq should not do it that often, I'm sure it led to other memories along the way. Casey does it in a way that makes me wish I was there. Well I moved to Mexico so a fun adventure here. It's never too late Nathan
@@davinlarson8099 its just such an amazing melting pot of people from all over. Hard working people. I only had the pleasure of being there once in person and now I know why you either love it or hate it. I also think the stereotype of New Yorkers being rude is so false, they are just busy people but very kind.
Aside from the two comedy shows I’ve seen in the past year I have not smiled in years I am legit smiling through your whole fucking video I mean you moving back to NYC is motivating me so hard-core to speed up my move back to NYC: but like the fact that I’m actually fucking smiling involuntarily without even thinking about it is a miracle I just wanna say thank you and welcome home
This should definitely become a series of videos Going out and finding a unique New Yorker and spending a couple of hours with them whilst they do whatever it is that they do
Man I Missed Your Videos And Didnt Even Realize. Good To See You Are Still Nice To All Fans No Matter Where, When Or Situation. Love You Casey Keeo On Going
with all thats going on in the city, its been difficult to look at NYC inna positive way but i'm very glad that Casey is back to showcase the good part of NYC to the world, Watching this video really revived my love for the city and what it stands for.I LOVE YOU NEW YORK CITY!! .Thanks Casey.
Really capturing the real new york city. It’s just so amazing like you can tell that everyone is so up for having harmless fun :) I’ve been lucky enough to visit a few times and the first time I was in NYC it was pride day and it was just crazyyyy everyone dressed up and running about having fun celebrating equality and just having so much care and love for each other. That kind of thing makes you appreciate life 🥰
Stories are everywhere. Sometimes you don't even have to look for them. The faces of the people ... the situations ... even just for a moment on a street corner ... the world is full of stories. Love your videos Casey. You're a great storyteller.
I love to see how Casey’s presence and impact on people from all walks of life has become part of the essence of NYC… there is a story in every corner of the city… and what better way to experience it by watching his videos! As always, thanks for sharing!
This is something I missed so much about Casey’s vlogs! The most random things I would never otherwise be interested in become such interesting story plots in his vlogs
i love the way you do your own storytelling just by grabing a camera and start recording. i'm truly grateful for the guy that introduced you 'to' me (indirectly), about 6-7 years ago - since that time, I just can't stop watching and be in love with these stories you bring us. thank you for making this amazing platform even better with your amazing content! i'm a huge fan. seriously. Sanches
Born and raised in NYC and it's so great you came back. You expressed perfectly why I live here.. It's a story every time and everywhere and good ones at that!
I'm new here but have already spent all day watching his videos and must say.... This guy is effing amazebals. I went all the way back and his style and editing is my vibe. Love this effing guy.
Casey, I live in New Jersey but have LOVED New York since a child (thanks Mom!! 🥰), I try to capture 'La Gran Manzana' with my camera but you make the videos that I/everyone DREAM of... Welcome Back and don't ever leave again!!
I love the direction Casey is going with his videos… he has always centered his stories around NYC and his love for it, but I feel like he is hyper focusing his content on the topic. I think that’s what we all love to watch the most, as well. And I’ve only been to NYC once now, years ago… when I was 19 years old. Can’t wait to go back.
Casey being back with daily videos makes me so happy every time I see it. Really helps brighten my day and actually got me a bit out of my depressing. Made me go run again after RU-vid then recommended me old Casey videos again where he went running. Cheers Casey, never change
I am mixed with emotions watching your videos back in NY. I am inspired and uplifted because I know what it is like there; where I feel most at home and content. But also, feel sad and a longing because I'm not there. One day I'll be back and hope to see you!
Glad you're back at regular videos! Your way of storytelling inspires me so much. I love to write, started a study about it and your videos just inspire me to create stories and try to be better at it then yesterday. I love it. You're amazing! May I ever be in NYC I hope I can say hi!
I love the idea of a series of Casey just filming whatever he happens to find that day. No planning or theme. Just showcase interesting people in the city.
I was in New York recently and definitely felt the vibes Casey was describing…I specifically remember thinking,”so I can just do whatever I please in New York??” Lol
Casey knows how to capture the essence of New York City like no other. I hope he get back into making some short films for us outside of the vlogs! Much love
