Imagine having an organization that mismanages 19 billion dollars a year. Now let’s imagine giving them an additional 3 billion a year and thinking it will make a difference. Ok

I agree with your sentiment. I think the amount of red tape involed in doing literally anything is costing us. Do you know of instances where the money is mismanaged by the MTA?

Forget the funds going to them. The disincentive for driving into the city is the real win.
