I just want to say I saw the contrast between subjects reactions in the photos. Wether it was age difference, ideals, etc. That is an amazing take on it all. I was pleasantly greeted with a fantastic voyage of imagery upon choosing to watch this video. Thank you and bravo.

Hands down some of the best NY street photog I've seen... period. I found myself drawn into so many of those images. Each told such an intriguing story. Truly amazing.

I use the 16-35mm 2.8 and the 35mm 1.4 of Canon. I use only autofocus.

16mm is ultra wide angle....really wide! And 35mm is medium wide. Most pictures are made in a distance of 0,5m till 2.0m.

Yes, I imagined.. But I shoot on DX so for me a 35 would be a standard lens.. And How do you get so close to the people you shoot without them noticing you?? :p

How do you pull this off with a FULL FRAME DSLR?? Do you ask them if you can take their picture? A 5d mkii doesn't seem like a stealthy camera. NICE IMAGES BY THE WAY!!

And you use a full frame camera.. so that would be a moderate wideangle no?

Shoot even wider! Shoot 24 on a DX. 1 tip. NEVER hold the camera to the eye and keep on walking ;)
