Hey guys, New York City is the last vlog I'll be uploading in a while as I'll be starting work soon :( It was an absolute joy editing this 2-part series, and I hardly reached any creativity blocks making it which was a really pleasant surprise!!
I was also really emotional making this video because New York has always been so unreachable for me. It’s much closer from the UK than from Singapore (the shortest flight is 19h!!). At the time this was filmed, I knew that I was leaving the UK for good the next month, so I told myself that I had to make this trip while I still could. I don’t think I’ll be back in the US anytime soon so this trip was especially important to me.
I also visited NYC during a really transitional phase of my life, and it gave me a little bit of peace from everything that was happening around me ♥️
