Little village are where the Mexican at and Humbult park where the Puerto Ricans at. They both have Latin kings so they click up during the Puerto Rican parade at humbult park.
It depends where in Chicago and where in LA. East LA is very dangerous and definitely more dangerous than many part of Chicago. Same with South LA. South LA is a war zone. South LA is where most of Los Angeles homicides happen. 150+ homicides happen there every year. We drove down South LA once at night and kid you not, damn police checkpoints inspecting cars. Gang taggings everywhere on huge billboards and walls for the world to see and dark ass streets.
