I dont share your optimism. NYY has no pitching, and batting isn't so good either. If NYY gets behind early, they lose the game guaranteed. NYY is a regular season team, not a playoff team. You need sharp pitching and clutch hitting to win playoffs, neither which NYY has.

I was at this series - and it was where I knew the Dodgers would not be going back to the World Series. The Yankees were an elite team last year and we just did not measure up at all. Not even on the same level.

Dodgers offense slumping. Their last five games have been low scoring. Hopefully they will adjust again and turn it back around. Kershaw may have given up 3 HRs but he struck out 12 so he's doing fine. Needs to fix that curveball.

The ball Ford hit in the 8th needs to be caught by a major league outfielder. Balls in the air forever dude got a bad jump, jogged at first, and he took a bad angle. I know Chris Taylor was never supposed to be an outfielder but he’s played there enough to get a better read and jump and hustle

No. WS home-field advantage nowadays is determined by which league wins the All-Star game in July. Since the AL beat the NL 4-3 this year, the AL Pennant winner (likely either the Astros or Red Sox) will have home field advantage in the WS.
