I am an ECE, Electronics and Communications Engineer, but I became a Civil Engineering Draftsperson for 20 years, it is still slight related as I produced Engineering Drawing electronically. I've explained this already clearly in the video. It entails any training or certification needed in order to begin working in a profession for eg., Teachers, Doctors, Construction, etc.

Nice video but people who are thinking of residency, try for Australia if you’re not in country. NZ govt. keeps on changing rules every six months so even if you’re eligible, after six months you’re not. Better watch out for this labour attracting country.
