Is there a recommended speed of the mower while using the sprayer? Want good coverage but also not to spray too much.

We recommend to go 3 - 4 MPH when using this sprayer. When mixing chemical we say at this speed you will cover 1 acre with 20 gallons.

How does this mount to the Grasshopper deck and the 12v wiring for the pump?

There is a subframe that bolts to the front castor wheels and the sprayer bolts onto the subframe. Removes and reinstalls in minutes. The wiring is direct to battery and has its own fuse. Everything is included to bolt to the Grasshopper front mount. From the box to spraying in minutes.
