I've heard this is crap. The pre-amps are so poor the background noise is terrible.

Hello. Let's keep it real, it cost $99.99 shipped. It's an entry level unit. As soon as we get some better weather (not raining, it could be a while in the PNW) I'm going to go out and do some field testing and post the video. Check back....maybe soon.

Yes, it is crap when you compare it to expensive recorders. For a budget filmmaker, this provides quality at great value.
