As one of the most interconnected NYC Midtown Manhattan hubs, EWR (Newark Liberty international airport) serves both Amtrak and NJ Transit trains with option to transfer to LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) and to Upstate New York and New England (New Haven, Providence, Springfield and Boston areas) by another Amtrak train including Acela.
