That was great! I have a friendly herd of deer that visit me everyday but I’ve yet to see the little fawns so tiny and newborn. My friendship with my herd has gone on now for several years and I’m hoping to one day see this.
Awww how fortunate are you to stumble upon precious fawns in your backyard. Momma felt threatened though 😢 do you think momma will change her mind if you offer her some fruits? 🤔
She didn’t feel threatened. It looks like she was proudly showing her newborns to her human friend. Deer are always very cautious. Even if you gave her sliced apples she might linger a bit but she’d still be cautious. I have deer friends I can hand feed but they are always on a hair trigger alert. I have walk in slow motion just to keep them at ease. It’s just the way they are. Helps them stay safe.
