And we tried for 10 years to get pregnant and adopt. We literally won the lottery adopting our first baby. Took 10 long years to adopt our second. God is good and both are so loved and we are so blessed.

I never know if these stories are real or made up. For one thing a baby that was outside the hospital would never be put in the nursery with newborns.

This specific story could be made up. There may not be a nurse named “Lisa”who encountered a woman named “Anna,” and the details may true, false, or a combination of both. The point is that it’s supposed to be a “feel good” story. I’m sure there are details that some people reading can relate to because they’ve been through something similar. There are a lot of these “feel good” stories online. You get to choose whether or not you want to believe it. However, I’m sure that something like this has happened to more than a few people, which makes it relatable, and there are others who are just waiting patiently for their own moment in which their long, drawn out adoption fulfills their dreams, also making it relatable.

So unnecessary to drag the story out well longer than needed. It gets boring and irritating, leaves me wanting to tell the narrator "get to the point already." Oh well, thank goodness I can jyst stoo listening and find another story thats nain point isn't to simply milk the click.

I agree. Turning a five minute(?) story into one almost ten minutes long is completely unnecessary.
