Great video, have watched it so many times and each time there is a detail I hadn't noticed before ! In the UK, feeling the palate is considered insufficient and we are asked to fully visualise the palate and uvula if a cleft palate is not to be missed.

Really good video. Thank you so much for it Just one thing, I think in aortic coarctation, both femoral pulses will be either absent or very weak. You can't differentiate a side. A side difference is in the upper limbs where the pulses in the left arm maybe weaker
