My second daughter had a severe tongue tie and we got them released and breastfeeding was like night and day. If was instantly less painful for both me and baby. Highly recommend getting ties released with a pediatric dentist. They use lasers instead of clips. The hardest part is keeping up with the tongue exercises but so worth it! Chiropractor appointment is like a massage for them 😊

Last night my dog heard our smoke detector beeping and was acting so weird!! Also my daughter loves the clean up song Emmy is singing! Love watching Emmy be a big girl and do stuff!

My heart goes out to you. My son had an egg allergy and dairy intolerance (thankfully he grew out of both) but he was so miserable for 1.5 years. And my 1 year old has an anaphylactic dairy allergy. So I feel for you. Navigating the food intolerances is so mentally/physically draining. I hope little babe finds comfort soon. And you too mama. Also breastfeeding dairy allergy group on fb is amazing with so many recommendations. Many people have soy free recipes options too. ❤

I literally just learned this yesterday for my smoke detector….even on the hardwired ones the sensors go bad so you do have to replace them sometimes. Perhaps it’s the same for you! It certainly solved my problem!

Just as an fyi, soy lecithin should not be a problem (I have a soy allergy and can eat it). So that should free things up for you! I went dairy-free for my daughter bc she was colicky and had weird poop and honestly I think she just had to get a more mature digestive system before getting better...so frustrating though!

Yeah that’s why I think so many newborns have intolerances in the beginning- their digestive system just isn’t great to start lol

My little guy turns 5 weeks on Tuesday and I also have a son that is 26 months. I have been enjoying your content because I totally relate lol! My 5 week old has a lip tie that we are trying to decide if it needs released and I also just went dairy free to see if that helps with his gas.

I get mediums for extra room! I would wear a small but the medium bottoms for how I prefer (don’t dig in at all)

Thank you Kelly, I have always been around the same size and height. Except when you’re going up in size from carrying your littles I am going up fighting early menopause lol 😆. I am the same with the digging feeling it bothers me a lot. I tried the small joggers and they did dig a tiny bit so I will grab the mediums on short sets.
