Congratulations! Those slugs just look highly seasoned 😂 For anyone thinking about adding a Tarahumara, I highly recommend these! My 2022 pair from Brian are absolutely beautiful and so nice to handle.
Those are some really odd looking slugs, but beautiful babies! If you don't mind me asking, when do you start brumating your tarahumaras and what temps do you cool them to?

First of all, congrats first, for 3 nice litters within a few days, Brian. My BCO litter 3 and a half weeks ago also had 9 slugs similar to your longicauda ones - and l fed them to the rats which l keep for providing the first food for my BCO babies. (the rats loved those unusual energy bars, they were literally devouring them). I hope you don't find it unethical, I thought it was better than simply throwing them out or using them as a fertilizer. By the way, can you give some additional information about boa babies first feeding process? Mine are 3 and a half week old, they've all shed like a week ago but they still refuse eating (l offered mouse hoppers and rat pinkies both life and frozen thawed... Greetings 🙋🏼♂️
@BrianBoas I had an 11 foot Burmese and a 7 foot red tail boa when I was in my 20s, both very friendly snakes but too much 🐍. The red tail was my absolute favorite and I thought if I could just find a 4 foot red tail 😆
