Behind the scenes on a dramatic afternoon in the Sky Bet Championship. Newcastle were crowned champions after Aston Villa’s last-gasp equaliser against Brighton & Hove Albion.
Yeah, our Wall is the greatest place for Football Fans, the athmosphere is...i can't describe it. but also your Fans...in second Division, Always full House, Not bad 👍
Elwe Cuthalion second favourite club ? Utter cringe. Adults don't have favourites, you support the team of where you come from. That's it. Otherwise you're just a wannabe son.
Newcastle United One Club One City oh hey sharkey I see you on Newcastle Fans TV fan cams a lot. I subscribed to you please could you sub back it would mean a lot 😃
Liverpool Fan here, Great to see Rafa back at the PL, Great to have the Magpies back where they belong. Looking forwards to great battles at St James Park & Anfield!
I am from Fiji and Newcastle has always been my favorite English Premier Side. Alan Shearer made me love this Club. Up The Magpies!!! Back to where you belong now!
The moment where Gayle is carrying his baby daughter is pretty heartwarming. You can see the pure happiness. I bet this was one of the happiest times in his life 😊
I was at the forest game watching an amazing final day fight to stay in the championship and once the game had finished and forest had secured the last safe spot then I got the amazing news Graelish for villa gave us the title after they were a man down to on form Brighton!!! What an amazing final day for the championship!!!! Howay the lads!
this is a coach who gets it. he could have bowed out last minute and coached a 1st devision side somewhere. he gained so much respect from his players by staying and then bringing them straight backup as Champions. These are the little happenings in football that make it a great game.
Never missed a home game and went to 6 away games this season. What a great time to be a Newcastle supporter, yes it is only the championship but we have worked hard all season to win that and it means something to everyone associated with the club! Forevermore, I wish my congratulations for Newcastle United players and staff and may we advance to better things! #BlackandWhiteArmy
I remember this day and I always will!! I was at the game and there was such a cracking atmosphere and everyone was chanting were Newcastle and we’re gonna win the league and I was so happy when we won
only had the radio broadcast here in Australia, was great to hear that cheer from the crowd when the final whistle blew for the Brighton v Aston Villa Game. Well done Newcastle. You still had to win your own game and did! ( and thanks to the ten men of Aston Villa too).
Greatest ever moment at SJP, no other moment will rival this, the whole joy is not really about winning the championship but the drama, cup already in Brighton, and none of the NUFC fans prepared for this moment, so electrifying, standing there close to the pitch side watching this moment was the greatest feeling I’ve had even though I’m a Man U fan.
Newcastle is a great club with great fans. Unfortunately can't say the same about the owner. I don't think Rafa will stay beyond this season. He has done all he can within the resources he has been given. All the best for next season. From a LFC fan
I thought it wasn't going to happen because Brighton kept winning their games and we kept losing ours but the tide has turned to the Magpies and Opposite land has come WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS and we were meant to be in the 1st place !! Well done lads !! Toon Army !!
Yedlin has become a world-class defender because of THIS team an.d THIS manager, well done! I am from the US, love to see MLS getting better, but if you have a SHOT to play in England, GO! Yedlin is a perfect example. He has innate talent w/ his pace, but had to LEARN to be a true defender, allowing him to exploit said pace and be a dangerous player. Great work Newcastle! Congratulations!!! From Washington, DC
I remember being at this match with my Dad. The atmosphere around the ground after the whistle went waiting for the villa brighton game to finish was scary... St James at its loudest always brings a tear to my eye.
