Getting all these wages off the bill is a huge help to us going forward. I thought we should have sold Miggy last summer after a season of overperformance. Shame about Olise, but there are other good, young, RW around. I guess the club's long term plans for Minteh affect what they're looking for a lot.
Ngl idk why people thought Olise would ever join Newcastle. He would have went to Chelsea, Man U or stayed at palace all before joining us. He’s played in London his whole Career and we probably couldn’t compete with the wages. We’ll find other alternatives! 👍
Chelsea must be selling if they are bringing in Olise. They have so many who play in that position that Olise does. Olise was at Chelsea when in is youth age group. So not a surprise if he goes to Chelsea plus it's a London club

We were never getting Olise that’s facts. It’s like Tosin, compared to London based teams we have allot harder job to get players to come. We are right up North and can’t offer the big wages. But that’s fine we’ll get the players we need and they will be brilliant. I’m more in favour of getting from other leagues anyhow. Trippier, Bruno Isak Joelinton all from other leagues and are our best players (Gordon the exception I guess)

Our scouting seems lazy these days. If we’re so restricted financially we should be looking abroad. To me if feels like Eddie always plays safe with English players that look easy/nice to manage. That’s going to hold us back in my opinion
Apparently, Southampton want Fraser on a free transfer and Fraser wants NUFC to pay up £3 million for the last year of his contract. So basically, we'll be paying a transfer fee for a player to leave. That's not how it usually works 😂
We've never been associated with interest in Olise so let Chelsea get on with it. You'll see a mass exodus at Chelsea this summer as what they're doing isn't sustainable.
Adam I respect your opinion on dubs,but you can't put all the blame on him for last season, we had a mix & match of defence also our midfield was shocking at times,so they have to take some of the blame aswell.

Miggy we paid 21 mil so if we sell him for 25-30 that's 9 mil top profit (PSR) Dubraka will bring in next to nothing, all deadwood the same, Wilson Signed for 20 don't think he will go for more than that so changes nothing. Trippier if he goes we sign for 12-13 think we get 15 for him so that's 2 million profit and most beneficial sale would Longstaff as we get full profit so 20-25 million for him is good for PSR. Worth pointing out the PSR thing Sky Sports put out was essentially a load of nonsense, Sky actually withdrew the story I suspect because it has little factual basis and they have a poor understanding of the context of our last set of accounts which has just lead to their wild speculation that we are close to breaching PSR even those this year we’ve just done some of the biggest commercial deals in the club’s history, Saying we need to sell our star players because we will be sanctioned is the kind of thing you can’t really be saying without evidence… can you imagine how hard it makes it for Newcastle to land commercial deals when Sky are talking about our best players being sold, most commercial sponsors would want reassurances the club is moving forwards and that the marketable players aren’t just going to be sold on. Part of what makes Newcastle an attractive club to invest in and sponsor is the club is ambitious and has recognisable faces like Isak and Guimaraes, can you imagine damaging it is and off putting to a potential sponsor that a story comes that we have to sell our star marketable names
