Exhibition Park, I was just a kid when I fell in the water, the park keeper was canny. Sorted me some dry clothes? In the 1990,s I was walking by the Hoppings on a sunny afternoon. The palm reading mediums got up and began to spit and curse me. So I smiled back for I didn't lack understanding. When you do the will of God, by being salt and light the darkness of sin will try to fright. Thanks be to God for the Holy Spirit's direction and wisdom. Amen.

Hi Janet, I came across your video and immediately recognised John Buckton (we used to play together as kids in Clara Street). We used to live below his grandma's place at 11 Clara Street. My mother and father were Mona and Billy Hall, my older brother was Barry and I am David. I do not recognise Abbott but that may well be a Married Name. Why not say hello. Best Wishes..

Hi David I do not remember the Halls as im only 45 but my Auntie Joan remembers you and your brother. My grandma and Granda were called Jennie and James Morrison He is the man @ 4.03. The lady @1.30 is Pat Wilson and she is also the lady @1045. The other Lady is my Auntie Joan. Hope that helps. Janet.

Hi David thanks for your comment indeed it is John Buckton, and My father John Morrison. They lived at 47 Clara Street. Unfortunately we lost dad in October, but Joan lives in Nottingham. John Buckton is on fb and so is Joan. Best wishes Janet

This footage is incredible. Do you think I would be able to use some of the clips as background visuals for my band?

Hi Janet, Thanks for the reply and update. I trust you will humour me for perhaps one last time. I do not remember a Morrison family (but it is at least 50 years since). Did you remember the Hall family; my father used to drive a bright orange work van with Easiclene on the sides. Otherwise can you name these faces (familiar but I could not put a name to them): Lady @ 1.30 Gentleman @ 4.03 Lady @ 10.45 Lady @ 10.58 Best Wishes. David.

My wife and I lived in a flat in St. Anne’s Close in Battlefield from ‘86 to ‘96. Loved it but she wanted a bigger place, so we bought a huge four bedroom Edwardian Terraced house! She has always lived east end, Walker, Wallsend, but I was born and lived in Benwell off Maria Street from ‘62 to ‘72!
